Former Twister Green drafted by Los Angeles
Former Twisters star Garett Green, an infielder with San Diego State University, was drafted in the 30th round by the Los Angeles Dodgers, according to the Aztec Web site.
Green, a senior with SDSU, was chosen by the Dodgers with the 907th pick, according to MLB.com. Green hit .290 with 38 runs, 13 doubles four triples, five home runs and 42 runs batted in, according to the Aztec site.
